As a participant in World Tree services, I intend to engage in healing or coaching sessions. I will take full responsibility for my safety in the session and I have disclosed any relevant health conditions. We advise against joining any new healing or coaching sessions between 6 – 14 weeks of pregnancy. Please wait until after your six week check when your doctor has confirmed you are well. Please advise us if your health or ability to exercise changes, before the start of every session. I understand that healing can involve a mixture of hands on and hands above the body and I give consent for my healer to work in this way. I am aware that I am free to change my preference at any time. I confirm I have read and understood the above advice and the information I have given is correct.

Cancellation Policy *

Healing & Coaching Sessions We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all our sessions. Please try to avoid changing your time once confirmed. If you have to change your time, and we can reschedule within the same week, we can waive the cancellation. We will try to make things work where possible. Workshops & Events We require payment in advance for all Courses, Workshops or Events. We allow a refund of 100% if you cancel with 4 weeks or more and 25% refund with 2 weeks or more before the start date of the workshop, event or course. You may also be able to transfer your booking to another event if you contact us.
